Consult Appointments with Professor Malham

 

There are 2 types of appointments available:

• PRIVATE Neurosurgery – Spine care clients must have valid Private Health/Hospital Insurance (Australian Companies only), with no waiting periods. Extras are not valid.

OR

• VETERAN AFFAIRS / MILITARY – Note both ‘GOLD CARD’ and ‘WHITE CARD’ patients can be consulted by Mr Malham. If you have a ‘WHITE CARD’, your condition must be covered by DVA.

You will be required to bring (or email before your consultation with Prof. Malham):

• Doctor’s Referral
• Scan Reports (showing current neurosurgical condition)

 

PLEASE NOTE : Prof. Malham does NOT consult Work Cover, TAC patients or patients without Private Australian Health Insurance (Australian and International Patients). Prof. Malham operates at Epworth Richmond, Melbourne VICTORIA.
